After speaking to James i have completely had to re think the engine spec due to the levels at what the turbo will be working at so now i am looking at a BD16 and BD8 combination along with a long studded 200 bottom end with pocketed pistons - it will just take longer to do but.....

As i'm using a GT3076 i'm almost convinced that at higher revs the valves and pistons may touch.
