Considering i got cnc to build me my big valve head at just under a grand.I should bloody hope it works. I'm aware the valves are more than big enough as standard but with the ports made bigger,only makes sense to me to make the valves bigger to match the increased volume of air.... end of day i'm no expert but i'm running far less boost for the same bhp!
Plus the inlet manifold still not been matched.So i can't 100% agree that head work is a waste without inlet being done... As i've noticed big difference on how the car performs.Of course i've got the inlet manifold on the list to be matched up shortly..
My valve's only being slightly bigger :
inlet 43mm
exhaust 37.9mm
compared to the 45mm inlet that most think about..
