As Rob said, it doesn't matter which side they go, but, i would leave the ecu plumbed in on it's own piece of silicon pipe, i.e no T pieces off it for the dump valve or boost guage. This wil reduce the risk of any leaks which could affect the ecu's boost reading (not good)
