Focus TDCI OBD CODE P2435

Does anyone know what this obd code is ?

Not much on google...lol

The car holds back until code is cleared but comes back after a few miles.

A local garage says its the turbo but it isnt as there are no VNT or boost trouble codes and want £1000 to change it but wont guarantee it willl fix the problem ...
