Its expensive for not allot, here is what mine has and its power and cost, there is no fitting cost here as i do all the work myself, if you paid someone to do the work you could add half the amount again.

Clutchmasters Aluminium 12lb fly wheel, uprated pressure plate and stage 3 Clutch £650
CFM Underdrive waterpump and crank pully £120
Ported TB £Free
CFM Short Thorow Shifter £120
CFM Exhaust Cam Vernier £120
Dreamscience £550
Mongoose Cat Back exhaust £380
K&N Typoon Filter £170
Auto Air Deflector £Cheap

Total Spend £2110
Could add another £800+ to the figure if you paid someone to fit the parts

Total power 189BHP
The fly and pulleys help mine hit 60 in under 7 seconds but top end its not great

Was it worth it.................No this is about the maximum power you can hope to achieve from an ST170 without individual TB and going forced induction.

Either slap a turbo on it (which im doing) at a cost of between £4000-£7000 which could get you from 240 to however deep your pockets are
Or go individual TB's a basic kit will cost you £2000 plus fitting and should net you 195bhp then if you change the cams you should go over 200 but then you want to increase the revs and the oil pump is a weakness so you would be looking at dry sump which would have to be bespoke in design as you cannot by an off the shelf kit then change rods and pistons etc.

Dont bother i say

I must have spent another £2000 on coilovers, poly bushes, camber kits etc too, although it does not make the car quicker in a straight line its great fun round bends.
