**If you're serious about your car, then I'd seriously consider moving away from taking advice from people who dont know what they are on about, and talk to a tuner of your choice, work with them and take the advise they give you.**

i ran my t34.48 spec at 36psi peak, flat out all the way to the limiter with around 22psi left at 7500rpm. and did over 75k miles in 3 years with no issues at all, would cruise at lambda 1 all day, so was as good on fuel as any correctly mapped car would be.
