In Derby, when house prices "crashed" in the late 80's a 50k house dropped to about £40, thats 20% and after 2 years were back upto and over the pre crash price BUT as everyone is saying quite rightly now there are alot less houses buing built due to land not being there (you look how many people are building onto there houses instead of looking for new houses) and there are alot more people moving into this country and more kids being born again so population is goin up again, supply and demand.

All i'm saying is that people that are waiting for "the big crash" are goin to be waiting along time, the market might slow or stop for a while but it wont crash. As i said earlier, in the last 18 months (while people have been saying about this big crash) my houses have gone up by about 60k, i dont even earn anything like that so i'm glad i didnt listen to these "experts"
