Cheers for info. Yeah i'm gonna screw a wooden box frame together and set the skirt in there and pour mould making material into/around it.

Either that or screw it to a length of wood and mould over top of it.

Just didnt know what to pour/lay into it to give me a new part. Needs to be black and stiff rubber like the front lip. Will give a couple companies a ring on tuesday n see what the deal is.

I've seen both addition cure and i think its condensation cure. whats the difference? Also seen poly rubber too which i imagine will be similar to material bushes are made of so unsure what to try first.
