i used this method to release the fuel line from the rail.cut 15mm copper olive through one side so you you can get it over the rail,slide it up into the spring so the spring gets pushed out then simply pull the plastic end and it will come apart.


to remove the plastic pipe from the steel pipe that runs under the car,poke two small screwdrivers into the hole in the black fitting and pull apart a little fiddly but no need for a special tool.
