might be of help to you but my friend had an 07 ST a few years back an when the car got warm or done a few miles on the motorway you could get it out of gear an if you did it wasnt going back in... fine first thing in the morning an when cold took it to fords an the replaced the gearbox under warranty but he had to pay for clutch as he got stuck on motorway..
