Exclamation Focus Air Con Issue

Hi all,

I am new to this website but would like to ask a few things if I may?

I have a 2010 Ford Focus ST3, standard and only has 4,000 miles covered. I have owned this car for around three-weeks. During this recent warm weather spell, my Air-Con system does not seem to be that cold.

After shopping a few days ago, I got in to a very hot cabin, so I pressed the "Auto" function on the Climate Control and the system was working but did not seem to be that cold, even whilst driving and the cabin stayed rather warm.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this and was wondering if it could be a fuse-related problem? I will try and contact my Dealership shortly but is there anything I can test myself to check if the system is working efficiently?

Also, would this be covered on the Warranty as I have only covered just under 500 miles since collecting it from the Ford Dealership.

Many thanks for all of your assistance.

Regards

Wesley

PS - I have also asked a similar question on the Focus ST Owners website but just wanted to weigh up my options.
