Default Seems mostly likely that my RS500 is going

After much deliberation and feedback from various close friends saying "Sell the flaming thing as you never drive it" it is looking a very strong possibility that the RS500 will be sold. I already have a trader that has seen it and waving pound notes at me.

It also does not help when I know the car that looks to replace it (should I finally make the move) with will be nice and new, in WR Blue and have a 3yr warranty Still another play thing for the weekends, but with 4WD, can and will be used regardless of the weather....... oh yeah and all the panels are galvanised!

I have been lucky to own an RS500 that didnt cost me a fat lot (in reality), gave me the oppourtunity to spend another £8k on it (how nice that was) and end up with a shit shovelling 500bhp minx. Unfortunately i'm getting old and I need something that goes where ever I want it, in what ever weather and enables me to drive it more than 400 miles a year, without worrying about the wet, ice & salt etc attacking the mint bodywork.

I wonder if I will wake up tomorrow and come to my senses (In fact I think I probably have by coming to this decision). I don't mind having a car that has cost me £20k stuck in the garage (I mean the replacement will be £26k), but when I hardly ever drive it because of mullering the condition of it..... I think it's time to make a change.

It's been emotional
