On the drivers side fom underneath, you will see two filler plugs, the lower of which is obviously the drain plug, the top one the filler, it's a bit tight as it's tucked up against the side of the tunnel, so you need a can with a flexible hose to get in there, undo with a 3/4 rachet drive.

I use ATF which is the reccomendation.
