They're hydraulic on those mate.

May be worth checking where the clutch master cylinder pushrod connects to the pedal as they have a tendency to disconnect themselves from the pedal as they were never fitted with any kind of clip from new. Ford had a few issues with this so released a clip to fit to the pedal to stop it coming off.

Have a look and see if it's there, if not, pm me your address and I'll send you one as I keep loads on board in my van.

If it's not that, it's more than likely going be the master cylinder playing up.
