Yes of course, you can fine tune it with a bias valve, but then that rather defeats the object imo of spending money on something to make them "better", then not allowing them to do their job by restricting them.
A decent 325mm, or 310 etc on the rear is more than needed in most cases.
Just seems a expensive way of upping the rear braking if needed compared with a lot cheaper alternatives, that will give you as much performance as needed braking wise and be a lot cheaper and easier.
