Normally, ie as in kits I've fitted before, the front SINGLE braided pipe is a lot longer, and goes direct from caliper to the fixing in the inner wing, I secure these pipes with a couple of cable ties to the strut body, about 4-6" up from the hub, and so it is in the centre line of the strut, so as the strut/steering turns it stays with the strut and doesn't get caught on anything.
These single piece front ones are vastly better imo, if you need top take the caliper off you don't need to disturb the connection, then bleed etc afterwards.
