Says in Haynes manual S2 is 967kg So with the power you are running you have a preety good power to weight ratio, Civic type R weighs in at just over 1200kg Ive owned a 2003 Civic type R and imo they are nothing to shout about performance wise, My mate has a 2005 plate and when weve been out for a bit of a blast ive always easily kept up on straight roads etc and when going up any slight hill im all over him due to the lack of torque in the Type R's (146lb-ft my other mates standard mk1 FRS destroys type R's especially up hill again due to the civic's lack of torque All well and good having just shy of 200 bhp but if its got no torque to back it up imo its useless

BHP sells cars torque wins races
