Hi all. Has anyone fitted Goodridge brake hoses to their sapphire cossie? 2wd or 4x4 it doesn't matter as Goodridge say the kit is the same.
I have bought the kit and tried to fit them today, however I have a problem on the fronts. There is 2 flexi hoses on each corner at the front and there is 6 hoses in the kit (2 on back & 2 on each front corner) so all is good there. On the front, 1 hose from caliper to strut, and 1 hose from strut to under the inner wing/chassis rail.
My question is how do the 2 hoses connect to each other? Both hoses have male nipples so they don't simply screw into each other as I thought they would. I called Goodridge and they have said the kit is correct and nothing is missing. I'm thinking a union/fitting that is female at both ends will do the job but how big does it need to be and what's it called? Or if you have done this, how did you do it? Any pics would be a good bonus too
