Why not get in touch with Meguiars mate, When i had a issue with mine the after sales from them was spot on, infact they replaced the machine for free
i phoned and they need a receipt to honor the warranty and i payed for it on my ccard so i cant be arsed to mess about. plus i think its out of the warranty now ive not used it much really but i have a rotary polisher now so theres no going back
