Gutted for ya mate - been there done that - almost makes you not want to drive hard incase any spark plugs chuck their dummy out & causes it to happen again!!!

Good motto tho.....same for me - I'd have my engine back together again if I hadnt got bigger & better stuck in my 'ead!!!!
