Its quite a nasty med as it messes around with your thyroid, so use carefully! I have used it once and one of the sides i had was it made me proper tired! I was driving a van at the time and would pull over and crash out for 40 mins.
As you have said, taper up and down, i started with a 1/4 of a tablet then worked up to a whole one.
Weight loss was ok but on a par with clens which i would much rather use.
Smudge
