Dunno whether I've got this in the right section or not I apologise if I haven't.

Basically I've got a 1998 Ford Mondeo and the 6000CD player that is fitted is dodgy whenever I press the number 3 preset button the unit powers itself off and on constantly until you bang the dash.

Just been offered a double din DVD/CD/Bluetooth unit at a very good price and wondered if it'd slow straight in or would I need to adape the hole or anything...

Any help MUCH APPRECIATED!!!
