ok lol...honestly now this is what i have and or i am planning for it with the rebuild
already fitted:-
rs500 intercooler
3 inch exhaust turbo back
k and n
and tbf thats about it lol
planned for the rebuild:-
complete new gasket set
new oil pump
probably standard bolts as its a 205 block and is it really worth long studding it?
new rings and shells and big end if needed
head will be cleaned and measured and new valve guides and stem seals fitted
4x4 inlet manifold
general inspection of overall condition which to be honest i dont expect to be that bad at all as even fromn stone cold when it was -5 or colder it started up a treat with no tapping at all...just maybe a hint of a rattle for a few minutes about 30 seconds after it first fires up
now from you people i need to know:-
what injectors
turbo
ecu (either the l8 i can have or l6 thats fitted)
should i fit a boost controller? i.e. gizzmo?
which plugs to fit
and anything else you recommend for me to do
i think i just want it fast to take to the strip have the odd sunday joy ride and maybe take it easy on a few track days so it does not blow up!!!
