You don't want to be going over 130C, if you do you need more oil cooling, oils don't start "working" at 100C, if they did your engine would be scrap in no time, they work from the word go.
I used to regularly hit 130C on my xr4i, but that was because it was on LPG, I'd aim around 110C where you are, but wouldn't use a 5W30, although nice for road driving, you would be better off with something a little thicker like a 40w or a 50w imo.
