Due to a change of plan my fresh zvh is for sale, this isnt ur normal lashed up at home job i spend a lot of time and money on this. spec is:

2000cc mondeo silver top block with breather take off in the rear like a std cvh and centre water way blocked also
1800 escort sump, pick-up pipe and dipstick
brand new late 2000cc black top mondeo rods and pistons
std silver top crank
all new shells and rings
re-built oil pump
all new gaskets
brand new gen ford oil windage tray
burton power front breather blank and water pump plate
brand new water pump, 1.3cvh tensioner and timming belt
headgasket is the felpro 1900 cvh item also from burtons
early xr2 hemi head, lightly ported and fully rebuilt, valve seats are perfect and has all new seals
kent cvh35 turbo camshaft with steel vernier pulley
cvh upper and lower t-belt covers modded to fit to retain original look

im currently running this in my car on a pair of 40dcnf's and a 4 branch. so far ive done 450 trouble free miles, its been run in reasonably well, most of the time i just potter to and from work and to see parents ect, ive put my foot down a few times but certainly not abused it. currently with a turbo cam and lowered compression ratio (due to blacktop pistons) it makes 116bhp and 120lb torque. on the road it drives so well, a million times better than any cvh. it just pulls at any point in the rev range in any gear. with a proper n/a 285 cam i would expect it to see 140bhp no problem, even more with 45's. this was a engine built for turbo's tho, there's no return in the sump (i was gonna do it when i turbo'd it) but i will supply a rst oil return stump to be fitted (press fit into a 19mm hole and jb weld for security) will also come with modded mount to fit in fiesta/escort ect.

looking for £600

next up is a 1600 cvh mfi bottom end. come out of a running car and has previously been re-built. not sure on mileage but guessing by how clean its insides are sub 20k. oil was still gold when drained. had recent sump and gasket. does need crank seals but i will do these if i get full asking price. was a good runner when in the car, no knocks of bad smoking. will get pics up over the weekend. don't really know much else about it.
