wont fit,You need to find a t4 trouser section which are very rare plus your turbo damper wont fit.

Vman has stated the 'expensive alternative' which you dont need to do, however for peace of mind id fit a wrc gasket and check your bottom end, if you wanted 400-420 safely youd need siemens 83 blacks, fuel pump rewire, Ideally better inlet manifold, new air filter hose and boost pipe, Live map or chip+ setup on rolling road ( IMO reyland)new plugs, new coil, dizzy (or convert to coilpack) new leads, etc

Also need a decent paddle clutch , the t5 has been taken over 450+bhp and is strong for an old design.

head porting+cams come after 400+bhp.
