0.5mm is not going to be enough... The wheels will flex and the wheel bearings too.
Besides that, not sure about the pads: fast road kits better stick to fast road pads, or you risk boiling the fluid and/or warping the rotors (comp. rotors are 32 or 36mm thick and flow a lot more air in addition to be much more robust, and comp. calipers for rotors of that size have titanium pistons and/or water cooling to avoids transferring too much of the vastly increased heat generated by comp. pads). Your wallet will also love the increased rotor life... YMMV of course, just my 2ct
