hi my mk1 rs2000 has got the old blue smoke problem

its running 2.0 pinto with efi (out of 89 sierra) kent fr32 cam (rattling like F# 'k) rest in standard form
mated to T9 gearbox
while the engine out getting machined can you suggest any mods that would increase performance

was thinking of taking it to 2.2 but will the efi be able to fuel it

can the efi be mapped

dont want to spend a fortune but would like it done right

any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

ive very limited knowledge of engines so will be at the mercy of the engine builders advice ....so any help please guys!
