have you tensioned the tensioner the right way? not sure wich way is correct but you can turn it clock wise or anticlock wise. just a thought. soz comented before i watched the vid dont know what that could be.
think this mans spot on the tensioner does look to be adjusted the wrong way but need a front pic to be sure if it is
