Fitted mine when i did the cam belt, you have to slacken off the pulleys to do this so it was no extra bother.
Results were very noticable, it did effect low down performance as to be expected so gets a little bogged down when trying to launch hard but the engine now loves to be revved right up the top of the rev range. i saw another 10mph in 6th after the exhaust cam timing was changed.
