Could be anything tbh, that code is not really helpful, normally you dispict it and relate it to a spec but not so in this case it would seem, it would seem as the cheap comes from a foreign country as well, if there is any doubt as to whether the chip is the correct calibration then either get it read or bin it! It's not worth the risk of destroying your engine for what a chip with the proper calibation for YOUR spec!
