Sorry to keep asking questions.

I appreciate your knowledge you a ford technician?

So in order for it to leave a trace that would only be at the incode part? As that connects to etis?

If he was to reprogram pcm for no speed limiter ( understand van wouldnt start due to pats) would the ford tech be able to diagnose running diagnostics that all it would require is a pats reset or would they reprogram pcm again?

Sounds daft asking that, reason being would it be cheaper to just require pats incode for reset than ask for speed limiter removal ( also limiter removal can have some legal issues?)
