This should help
when you have removed this you will have to remove the nut then give it a wiggle and take the sterring lock of and give it a tug

Make sure you don't smash it against you face as you do it tho as I think a few people have done that before ( you can always put the nut back on a couple of threads then lossen the wheel first)
