Use an Escort inlet of some kind. A lot of people say the best one to use is the HO cast alloy inlet from an RS1800/XR3i 130, but IMO, the plastic inlet from a 115PS Escort works just as well if you're keeping the engine pretty standard. Cheaper and easier to get hold of too.

Most people seem to use the loom from an early Zetec-powered Escort I think!
