just found out that the father in law has booked us a hire car for when we go on holiday - a 7 seater like a galaxy or similar...

now, there will be 4 adults, and 2 children, one in a baby seat the other has the booster type with a back on it...

anyway, that should be fine for the day to day stuff, but when i mentioned that we will have like 4 suit cases to fit in aswell, they still seem to think that its all going to go in, as last year we had a focus estate and managed ok!

then i said that the two rear seats are actually in the boot

so there wont be a great deal of room for anything else... but they wont listen, and think all will be fine!

am i right on this? as in, it just aint gonna happen lol?
