I plan to, and have no building experience other than the garage i've just built. I got a bricky in but did the rest myself pretty much. Roof, trusses. etc etc. If your not familiar with brick laying its not worth it IMO as you'd be far too slow. A bricky chargers £300-400 per 1000 bricks inc labourer etc. Approx 64 bricks per square meter (9 inch wall) Of course you'd use blocks in the inside, but gives you an idea.
