You are correct, his wrong! The "Main Driver" should be as the name suggests, putting someone elses name and then having the named driver permantly using the car is insurance fraud, of course as a named driver you are perfectly entitled to drive the car but if it could be proved the named driver were driving it all the time and the main driver has never driven it the car then you would be in trouble!
