Oh rite so that would explain it, thanks, I have been doing a bit of research on spigot rings as I had no idea what they were, and it does tally with this as it's just a little short of it actually fully sitting on the hub, so to the next question and excuse my ignorance I guess I would have to remove that big hex or rather get someone else to do it as I don't have the tool to do that, isn't the the hub otherwise solid or has a cap where the hex is or has someone just put the "Spigot ring" behind it?
