All the suspension will fit at the front, along with the front anti roll bar from a cossie, at the rear not sure as can't remember the estate layout, despite having had one!!
For pinto/cossie not much needs changing, apart from the obvious engine/exhaust/box if wanting a T5 ?.
I'd seriously consider if wanting to go the cossie route buying a crashed/damaged cossie, as likely to be cheaper in the long run.
Brakes can be 2wd cossie by tapping the hub lug out to 14mm, already the right size just needs threading/tapping like I did on my 2.0gl mk1 sierra.
