talking of q plates, what happens if you have a 1992 cossie, and you prang it and you write it off, but you've spend a lot of money on it, so you decide to re-shell it using an 1989 cossie shell, does that 92 kreg become a 89 g reg because the shell id says its a 89 shell, or even the other way round, an 89 car becomes a 92 car after the re-shell
