I'm thinking about starting my own tyre company... looked into getting equiptment can get the machine and balancer for around £1500 second hand on ebay, only thing im not really sure about is getting stock off supliers, like have you got to pay upfront or have a tab and pay monthly. just little things like that i need help with..
