Thanks mate, It was still running when I stripped it today so I didn't get too hot to melt the manifold, but hot enough to cause a slight missfire and boiling up, £175 seems fair, did you replace the chain,guides and pulleys? If you did can you remember how much they were? The is going to cost me a small fortune
