As above I think CPS may be ok as you have fuel but check anyway as said, I personally would think coil pack wiring, check it has power.

You really need an oscilloscope to check the CPS, it gives an AC voltage, the ECU sees the output in a wave format which is what should be seen on an oscilloscope.
