trim the bumper back a bit, bounce on the car and u will see where it contacts the tyre, theres plenty that can be trimmed to solve it, and still retaining all the mounting holes

arch wise, the lips will either need trimming or rolling. when i fitted my new arches, we folded the lips completely flat and welded and sealed them like that, plus they were kind of flared a tad in the process. my coilovers are wound right down and my tyres clear (running 205/40/17s on 17x7.5 et40 rims, rear disc conversion, plus 5mm spacers)

its stil close though, and iv had to butcher my kit a lot so that it will fit back on again lol
