with the header tank cap off and, there is a small bleed screw (8mm spanner needed) in the top of the thermostat housing -it has a copper washer under it. remove this and wait until water with no air is flowing. screw back in, and let the car warm up, keeping the water level to full in the tank as it gets pumped round.
