there does seem to be a bit of lag start boosting around 3.5 rpm , cant really compare it to anything, just seems a little laggy..
the car is in NZ but im living in Aussy looking at bringing it over soon so cant get any numbers of it for a wee while.
its had a adapter flange welded on to take a b/b turbo i was told and looks to be true.
dampner meaning wastgate actuator?
have alook at photos might be able to see.
could you see if it had dark greens?
