you need a screwdriver to prise them out, and some cutters to cut the wires from the donor

then you can get them undone at your leisure and fit them as and when

as for the panel though, you may just need to pop it from the top first as there is only one screw in it at the bottom (from memory) where they may be a pull handle located

the mk4's and mk4.5's are all basicly the same
