Yes you can reinstall from any Windows disk but it needs to be the correct version, so probably in your case Windows XP OEM. Then you can activate it with your product key. So, if you know someone that has a Windows disk that came with a PC then it is probably the correct version.

I have a Windows 9-in-1 disk here which was all versions of XP on it, so they do certainly exist, then you can choose the correct version according to the label colour/style on your machine.
