UPDATED!!!!

ok i take it the amal valve sucks, then pulls a diaphram which pulls the rod which then opens/closes the waste gate?

i put a big 50ml syringe on the pipe going to the act, and pulled it all the way out, so big negative pressure the rode didnt move, and also did not pull the syringe back down......split in the rubber diaphram?

also the only way too get the actuator rod to move was to push in 50ml of air very quickly then it moved probably 2mm....
