my inlaws just purchased a new range rover turbo diesel, i think its a 2.0
this economy button it has, cuts off the engine in traffic and as soon as you press the clutch, engine fires up again. gives me a bloody headache, stop start stop start

does this actually make a big difference in saving pennys for diesel, i wouldnt have thought it would use alot of fuel just idling?
when its below 0 degrees it doesnt do this, to maintain a good temperature in the car
